ADVENTURE! PARTIES AND ROOM RENTALS




We are so happy you'd like to celebrate at Adventure! Children's Museum!
Before calling to book your party or event, please take note of the following:

• All parties booked after January 1, 2018 require a $20 refundable cleaning deposit. 

• Helium-filled balloons are not permitted in the mall per mall policy. If you or a member of your party brings balloons to your party through the regular mall entrance, you will asked to sign a waiver agreeing to assume the risk of the mall's $500 fee should a balloon interfere with the mall's fire detection system.

Unplanned, impromptu parties are not permitted due to staffing and cleaning concerns. 

• We're a children's museum. No alcohol is allowed at parties.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 

Q: Who counts as a party guest? 

A: For children's parties, only the children count as guests. Children may be accompanied to a party by up to two adult chaperones.

Owing to the museum's limited capacity and past incidences of policy abuse, parties for which the overwhelming majority of attendees are adults will be charged for each additional guest above 10 people total (adults & children). We define "overwhelming" as more than 2/3 adults.

Q: Can I use the space for teaching an art class / hosting a baby shower / meeting with a playgroup / etc.?

A: In most cases, yes! Please phone the museum to make arrangements.

 

JUST THE ROOM option: ($60 for a two-hour party + $4 for each guest above 10 person limit)
You bring all of your own decorations, tableware, refreshments, & supplies. We provide chairs and tables and the Tree House. Set-up and clean-up of twenty minutes on either end is included; additional set-up and clean-up time is billed at the regular rate.

Price includes up to ten guests. $60 for a two-hour party ($30 per hour) + $4 for each additional guest. We offer a $5 per hour discount for museum members. ROOM + CRAFT
You bring your own decorations & tableware, we provide the craft supplies

$60 + $5 per guest who makes the craft (includes all guests, not just those exceeding the 10-person limit)

TREASURE HUNT
We'll roll out the wooden treasure chest with a special prize inside for each guest, and hide clues around the museum. It's a fun activity that adds some extra intrigue to any birthday party!
$2 per guest who participates in the treasure hunt.





ADDITIONAL GUESTS
For parties of more than ten guests, there is an additional fee of $4 per additional guest.

PARTY PLANNING SERVICES
If you'd like someone to take on the purchasing, decorating, and craft for your party, we can refer you to Emily to plan your party. Please contact the museum for details! Her rates start at $175 for a two-hour party, and she will bill you separately. We will provide a referral card upon request.

AFTER-HOURS EVENTS
For weddings, baby showers, and other after-hours events, you may consider renting the entire museum! Please contact Adventure! at 541-653-9629 to inquire about availability and special restrictions.
Rates start at $125 an hour.
